Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
